Narcissus: Moshimo Ashita ga Aru Nara

A terminal sickness is identified in the unnamed protagonist not long after he turns twenty years old. He was admitted to a hospital in Mito, located in the prefecture of Ibaraki. There, he meets Setsumi, a woman who is a few years older than him and suffers from a disease that will ultimately end her life. When they discover that neither of them wants to pass either in a hospital or at home, they decide to break into a car and flee together.
