Open Season

Open Season is based on the same-named CG animated film by Sony Pictures Animation. The game’s plot is around defeating Shaw, the evil hunter leader who wishes to hunt all the creatures in the forest. Controlling Boog, a 900-pound tame bear, and Elliot, a crazy rejected deer, the player must assist the four animal clans in various duties to become friends with them and continue the journey deeper into the forest. After finishing a region and getting friends with an animal clan member, the player can employ these animals and their unique abilities to battle the hunters he faces along the journey. The squirrels will allow Boog to charge on the hunters, the ducks will defend the player and may also be used as a missile, the skunks will serve as stinky flame throwers, and the beavers will pound the ground to scare the hunters away. Boog will gradually gain confidence and remember his wild side, allowing him to learn a new skill: the roar.
