Steel Horizon has both a turn-based and a real-time strategy gameplay, giving players complete control of a naval army stocked with battleships, submarines, fighter jets, and artillery. The player takes on the role of the American captain of one of three top-secret navy warships and engages in combat against the Axis forces and a shadowy organization operating in the shadows of the major nations during twenty thrilling missions spread across the Atlantic and Pacific theaters of World War II.
